Continuing on its growth trajectory is logistics network Logcoop, which has now crossed the 100-member mark.

At the transport logistic, special focus is put on the new services of the inventory network which nowadays spans 55 companies and 2.2 million square meters logistics area in total. Included in the new products are also services all around the promotional products business. According to Logcoop managing director Marc Possekel, target customers are shipping agents and retail groups in need of storage- and action areas all over Germany.
But Possekel is planning more. A consulting service concerning the issue of outsourcing for shipping agents is also new. „We want to advise shipping agents with the Logcoop Group‘s entire know-how,“ Possekel told trans aktuell – and of course also offer appropriate solutions. Corresponding workshops for specific problems of shipping agents in transport and warehouses have already been conducted by system headquarter employees. And of course, Logcoop shall keep growing: Possekel plans approximately 2,000 warehouse locations Germany-wide by the end of 2018, or 2020 at the latest, as well as the development of further subnetworks for all storage categories.
