The trend topic of this year‘s trade fair transport logistic, taking place from May 9-12, is digitalized processes. Several telematics- and TMS-suppliers (transport management system) show how logistics benefit from such digitalized processes. 4Flow (hall B5, exhibition stand 306) demonstrates how maximum transparency and agility can be achieved in logistics via an integrated transport management system (iTM). The supplier of logistics consulting, logistics software and 4PL-services present their solution here as well. The iTM Basis is the standard software of logistics- and transport optimization 4flow Vista, which the company is also introducing at the trade fair. It offers analysis, scheduling and optimization all in one product. The current release already offers prompt communication across the entire supply chain. If, e.g. the approximate arrival time of a container ship is changed, the forwarding agent is able to react to his truck‘s altered loading volume.
