Taiwanese companies include Askey, for example, with its 5G All-in-One telematics control unit (TCU). An almost invisible antenna design ensures less weight and simplifies the installation process, which reduces cable and installation costs. Askey also offers ultra-wideband technology with a detailed positioning algorithm and customised tuning options.

Another exhibitor is Clientron with a focus on smart electric cockpits for electric vehicles. The Electric Vehicle Smart e-Cockpit from Clientron comprises two different e-cockpits tailored to passenger cars and commercial vehicles. The solution includes integrated in-vehicle information systems such as displays, battery level indicators, gear positions, driver assistance systems (ADAS) but also blind spot detection and all necessary infotainment features, providing a blend of smart technology and user convenience.

Chargers eTreego

Chargers, on the other hand, are offered by eTreego. According to the manufacturer, the chargers have a high degree of flexibility with several charging specifications. They are characterised by various connection options and software configurations to meet different requirements. Customisation options are also available, allowing customers to design chargers that match their brand image and enhance the overall brand experience. A European subsidiary is being planned.

HPB specialises in the development and manufacture of camera modules for the automotive industry. In Hanover, the company is presenting its innovative Instant Clear View Systems (ICVS). ICVS technology utilises ultrasonic vibrations to resonate the lens surface and effectively remove liquid contaminants such as rainwater, frost, fog and even fine dust. In addition, HPB has equipped the system with an ‘auto-detection’ function that recognises water droplets on the lens surface and automatically activates the cleaning function. The system also integrates heating technology within the ICVS module for highly efficient defrosting. As a result, ICVS offers a more comprehensive cleaning solution compared to conventional alternatives on the market.

To meet the diverse needs of automotive customers, HPB offers customised services that adapt cleaning cycles and methods to different driving environments and weather conditions.
